Return/Core Return Information
- Parts must be resalable and in the original packaging
- Please notify us via email before shipping back any parts for a return.
- Parts under $10.00 are not returnable.
- Include a copy of the invoice or email order confirmation with the return (No RMA required).
- For quicker processing, inform us of the return and provide any tracking information.
- There is a 15% restocking fee charged against all returned parts.
- Original Freight/Shipping charges are not refunded.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless a VIN was provided to verify fitment and the return is due to incorrect fitment.
- Certain return reasons may require more information before being accepted.
- We cannot accept used parts for return.
- We cannot accept parts that have been installed or tested.
- Electrical parts are non-returnable.
- Return requests must be made within 45 days of receiving the order.
- Core returns must include all the original packaging to receive credit.
- If the part number label is damaged or missing, returns will not be accepted.
- Parts not returned in their original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
- We reserve the right to refuse and return any parts that have been installed, used, or do not meet the above criteria.
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after receiving returns.
- Shipping charges to return a core are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.

Cancellation Policy
- An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time the shipment has processed.
- An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time the shipment has processed, a 15% cancellation fee will apply.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted via email, and please allow 24 hours for them to be processed.
- If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer, a cancellation fee of 25% may apply.
- Refused deliveries will not have the original shipping costs refunded.
